Dr Martina Kuvalja is a Senior Researcher at Cambridge University Press & Assessment (CUP&A), specialising in AI and learning. With over 15 years of experience in academic and business research, she leads initiatives on AI in education and serves on the CUP&A’s Research Ethics Committee. 

Martina has managed large-scale projects, mentored postgraduates, and delivered insights for global organisations and ministries. Holding a PhD and MPhil from Cambridge, her work spans metacognition, self-regulated learning, and educational assessment. She bridges theory and practice, driving innovation and policy impact through strategic research and stakeholder engagement.
