Professor Li Yuan is director at Wolearn, Professor at the College of Education for the Future, Beijing Normal University, and a partner at Cetis. She has worked on numerous large-scale technology enhanced learning projects investigating learning technology and educational trends and developments, from which she has produced advice on technological innovation in teaching and learning in higher education.

 
She holds a PhD, ICT in Eduction as well as a Master of Science (MSc), Computer Based Learning from Queen’s University Belfast.
