William Conner
Development Director
William J. Conner brings more than 40 years’ experience to DEFI and Hughes Hall, where he is Director of Institutional Advancement. Bill has used his expertise in institutional development and strategic planning to help DEFI build its business case and establish baseline funding.
Prior to joining Hughes Hall, Bill was a fellow and development director at Wolfson College. He continues to run a thriving multi-national consulting practice, Conner and Associates, based in London and Boston and is very interested in both classical music and the environment.
